hey everyone, i just found this place that custom makes coil srings the place is called road magnet . i went to this place on a hunch, and the owner of the place walked me all around the place the guy was really nice he showed me how they make the coil springs my hhr goes to him wednesday i cant wait and the coil springs are gaurenteed for life the people where very nice i let you know how it comes out.

There is a cobalt on css that is apparently a test vehicle for them. They've gone through 2 or 3 versions over the last year or two and still don't have a final version to release to the public.

Looks like they did finish the cobalt springs. I remember the test cobalt being lowered quite a bit, so they should do the same with the hhr.

There is also a custom coil place in Kansas, that a lot of the custom guys do business with. If I remember correctly, you specify your height or drop requirements from stock, and the spring rate (which hardly anybody, including those that are mention frequently) pay attention to.

He truly builds "one-off" custom springs.

this guy mark makes the coil spring installs it and road tests your car and if it aint rite he goes back and adjusts it i cant wait
