Strut Tower Brace

Is that supposed to be a strut bar? If so they're useless on our cars. Struts mounted in the firewall. Firewall is very sturdy so no need for a strut bar. Just a visual mod for these cars and personally I don't think that thing looks good.

Haters gonna hate. I didn't build or design it. Is it moot maybe maybe not. extra stiffining is extra stiffining IMB. I'm just testing this out for someone. it obviously has an effect, cuz understeer is a little more noticable, and flex is less. Visually after some re-work I want a red one.

No hate facts are facts its already been shown that all the ecotec delta cars gain nothing from a strut bar. Placebo effect is nice though. Aesthetics is a matter of opinion and regardless how pointless the bar is on these cars I'm willing to bet they'll still sell pretty well.

Where is said data supporting a not needed claim? Just curious. Without data its an opinion..
Here is a small point... The available rear sway bars mount under existing sway bar. Not needed but does help.
Plus the fulcrum point is six inches back from strut top to the firewall. It flexes to keep from tearing. I would think this bar would help box it in. again not my product just playing with it

Pissing contest over. Data where? btw. I won't say who but this is in development by cobalt owners. Some pretty well known and respected cobalt owners. Just watch ccss after the first. Im just testing it on an hhr for them.
