i have a 08 HHR with 23000 miles on it and i notice when i go over the speed bumps the front struts start to make a squeaking noise has anyone had this problem

 

yep. just had this fixed.
i have a 08 as well.
its the sway bar ends n bushings
just take it to dealer
theyll need the car one day
all warrantied for me

 

Wonder how much it'd be for non-warranty? Any clue, or atleast cost of the parts?

 

I bought the inner sway bar bushings for mine but the bolts are difficult to get too. maybe i am doing something wrong?

mine makes those kinda noise too. i thought about swaping out the front suspsension w/cobalt ss suspension.

 

I just got back from the dealer with what I thought was noise in front end and they told me The seals in the rear shocks were leaking. So they replaced those and no noise yet. Mine is an 07 with 27,000 on it. Allwork done under warranty. You just never know.

Had same noise and dealer replaced front sway bar bushings and all is well.
