A lot
Different front suspension parts such as control arms and knuckles. Different springs, stabilizer bars, shocks and tires.

Personally I couldn't tell much difference between the two. We drove a used 2LT for a weekend before we bought our 1LT. Although I just put a set of the factory 17" wheels on ours and it made a night and day difference in its handling. Probably the tire choice and contact patch had a lot to do with this.

The big difference is adding a rear sway bar. THAT makes for a nice turn!!

I drove both the Sport and touring suspensions prior to purchasing. Both were used, with about 25,000 miles on them.

I found the suspension on the 1LT that I drove to be a bit underdamped in the rear. When loaded down with my family of 5, it would oscilate a few times after hitting each and every frost heave on the ND roads that we test drove on.

The 2LT felt better damped, and I didn't have the oscilations. That is what really pushed me to spend the extra scratch for the 2LT. Otherwise I would be driving a purple HHR:thumb:
