hi just wondering where all the hhrs are in ottawa they seem popular with companies but not too many private citizens

Yep, an Ottawa (Barrhaven) HHR owner here.

It is really weird, I have only seen maybe 5 or 6 different HHRs around so far.

 

I am starting to see more and more HHRs in the west end of Ottawa now.

 

i see lots in the east end
worst part they are all white like mine but logoed up with business logos

 

I'm waitin' on my HHR. It has been ordered, but is still in its gestation phase somewhere in Mexico.... The dealer says 6-8 weeks, so only another month to go

In any case, when I do get it there will be one more imperial blue HHR running around in Ottawa's west end!

Who are you getting it from? Myers, Chevy West? Other?

 

Getting it from Reid Brothers in Arnprior. I live out in West Carleton, so it's actually quite a bit closer than anything in Ottawa. As well, it's where we bought my wife's car.

A great buying experience - they are a laid back group, and they make you feel comfortable. When I went there to show my wife the HHR the receptionist just tossed me a set of keys so I could have a look at the one they had sitting in front of the showroom!

The waiting though.... I guess it gives me more time to mke a choice between Moon disk dzus (more work) or 18s (more money!)

 

Having a good dealership to work with makes all the difference in the world.

Just be careful when looking to spend $$$ on modifications, it's addictive.
I've spent over $1,000 in mods over the last 2 weeks

Now all I need is some warm weather and dry ground to start installing it all

I spied that one of your future mods is that lower grill. Where are you buying it? How much? (If you don't mind me asking of course!)

A lower grill is on my list as well. I am considering vent visors as, but if I go with the Moon disks than I'll have to find some with a chrome finish!

I know how quick money can go out the window when spending it on a car. That is why I am going to take the time now to have a good hard think about it - and let everyone else figure out what works and what doesn't!
