Hey,
Wondering if anyone knows if the clutch pedal is supposed to have a rubber bumper at the top (clutch engaged) on the bracket. Mine does not have one and the clutch pedal is about 1/4 inch from touching the top bracket in the "up" position. I have tried looking at HHR clutch assembly pictures but no luck finding out if a bumper exists.

 

No rubber bumper on that bracket.
In fact, there isn't one on the brake pedal either.
( Yes, you made me go out and look at mine. )
