When you say "all fuses good" are you aware of the second fuse box; passenger side of the waterfall? Fuse #27 and the RAP relay #32. You may not have noticed that the Retained Accesory Power wasn't working if you didn't know you had it.

It is a relay that keeps the power on for a few minutes after you remove the key; RetainedAccessoryPower.

And as an after thought; is the dimmer turned all the way up?

The radio stays on till we open the door. But the dome light and the compass neither one work at all. Could that relay cause this to happen ?

Look at the diagram I just added. I am guessing the the dimmer switch on the dashboard either got turned all the way left or is broken.

I have no idea what that "PCB relay" is.

Believe it or not; there are some DTC Bxxxx codes related to the dimmer and the interior lights. You would need an expensive Scanner to read body codes though, the over the counter kind usually won't read them.

My buddy has a snap on computer cabinet scanner. I'm gonna have him check it tomorrow I went out and looked. There is a #31 relay in it but no #32. And I can't find a place that looks like another relay would fit in it. Lol. I'm lost. I'll let him check it and run the scan on it

The relevant ground is G401 left rear near the backup lamp.
