Half shaft Seal

I will be replacing a Half shaft soon, does anyone know the part number for the trans seal? I would like to get on in the event I tear it up removing the shaft.

I have done a few and never damaged the seal.

Have you looked at GMpartsdirect.com or any of the online GM parts sites? Most have part numbers with illustrations.

Need your vehicle info.
Auto transmissions in the LS, LT and SS are the same,
but the 5 speed LS and LT trans. are different from the SS 5 speed.

There may be different seals, so without your vehicle info it's hard to give a part number.
