Could you do a quick walkthrough of painting the reflectors w/ nightshades? Never tried something like that before, but it looks really good.

Thanks, sure thing...basically just followed the directions on the can. I believe it just calls for 3 coats spraying about 12 inches back. But I did 5 coates wet sanding inbetween. The process took a few hours because I made sure each coat was good and dry before I wet sanded it. But once I got done it turned out really good. They are shiney and slick as glass now! When spraying i just nailed 5 nails into a piece of plywood and used the nails as hangers to hand the lenses on, worked really well!

i've been kind of curious on the nightshades stuff too, but my question is do the reflectors in the rear bumper (the non-lit ones) do they still reflect red?

also, gorgeous car! aside from your black bowties vs my silver, your painted calipers, blacked out reflectors, and sunroof, we look basically the same!

Nice job on the car and pics, yours and mine are almost identical as well. The only difference is the rear reflectors, and If I figure out how to remove I may do that, and the SS badges on mine are blacked out in the center.
Too bad you guys in Texas (and other states) have to run a front plate. In Michigan we don't and it really leaves a cleaner look.

I reeeally wish the dealer hadn't already drilled my bumper. The hide-a-plate bracket that slides down under the front lip would be the best cost-benefit mod to the appearance of the car.

yeah they still reflect, I have a pic with the flash on and the reflectors are bright red because they are reflecting off of the flash in the pic...

Thanks....I was thinking about doing the SS badges in black, carbon or red...but then again the white is really clean. I agree with the front plate but I actually enjoy the front plate on this, probably because its not just a standard plate....

Agreed, Since you have to do the front plate, at least make it a good one
As far as the blacked out SS badges go, I too struggled with the color choice. I was really thinking of the red, since I painted the calipers red. I also thought about leaving the badges white and painting the calipers white, but couldn't find the high temp ceramic paint in the white. I have my dealer pricing the Brembos, so the Black may have been a good choice
