im not sure of the manufacturer or anything.
i told my shop guy i wanted a 3' ragtop and he said he would hook me up.

i got them off ebay. the company selling them was only 45 minutes away.
there is another guy on here that has the same rims on his black HHr. seeing them on his made me get them.
