Twice Pipes

Another thing Homie doesn't do is exhaust systems. My buddy Joe St Louis did the whole job. All I did was cut the hole in the bumper cover. I just put the panel up on the rack and did some measuring for you. The brand is XLerator turbo muffler. The numbers on it are 10Y9 and 80065340. The muffler size is 14 x 9 x 4 1/2" tall at the oval. He used 2" tubing.

You locate your local louver guy, and let him go to town. Seriously, I couldn't find anyone to do louvers (it's getting to be a lost art) so I built a louver punch (Mittler Bros) and learned how to do it. Below are the basic steps. It is a ton of work and when you get it done, your painter will cry.

Man that is art, oh no that's you Cliff!! Very nice job on the louvred hood!! Up here the snow would get into the engine bay and cause havock with the electrical system!!
