Those are Moon Speedmaster wheels and Moon fuel tank caps with custom machined adapters to turn them into wheel knock offs.

 

it's funny my duel exhaust system is exactly the same setup as yours, just with 2 magnaflow polished mufflers with magnaflow polished ovals tips at the end.
It was the second big upgrade i did back in 2009 very few hhr's had it then...
