I couldn't ever lower my SS like you did to your HHR.
The roads around here are in poor conditions, mostly destroyed, with pot holes and bumps everywhere. For a moment I thought I would put 20'' on my car, but since the ride is already very stiff with the 18''... 20'' are out of question... The wheels would be busted on the very first day I put them on. 
If I lived in Florida or Arizona...
