Not sure what he has, but OBDII systems have no "chips".

Stock Options: Only thing stock is engine with aftermarket chip 225hp.

Chip/Module is by a very well known performance company in Calif. But not yet available to the public. I'm testing it out for a year for them but so far everything fine & def. tell the difference in power. From my understanding if all goes well, will be available sometime in 08 for cost between $300. to $500.
