Not that I agree with the pricing, think they are worth that or would want them on my car, but the price doesn't surprise me at all. Everything costs an arm and a leg anymore plus a surcharge for anything that's considered "custom".

Doc brown- Long ago when A&P added them the pricing was just under $1K........As I recall..

If I remember , A&P engineered them so they could be removed without damage to the car...john

I found a link at Internet Archive that quoted $1500 from a place called HHRboutique. Didn't bother posting the link, 'cause I don't want to pay that much either.
