Got it at my shop, relay has power, fuse has power. Checked power on fuel pump, nothing. Put new pump in, builds pressure when straight external power goes to pump. Start under ether. Has fire at coils, running out of ideas other than antitheft. My verus is down being worked on so can't check bcm to check sensors. What do you all think?
What fuse?
what relay?
what did you do that might have activated the anti-theft without activating the I/P warning?
what shop? Have access to Mitchell/AllData, Tech2,
what is the history of the car; what was going on just before this started
what engine
did you take the cam cover off to make sure the chain is intact
You gotta help us help. You basically said "my car won't start, why"

Above in red.
If no power to the pump and you have power at the relay and fuse, then it's got to be in between the two.
Start tracing wires and grounds.
The pump will only run for 15 sec. if the motor is not running. So no power is not a surprise, I assume it takes more than 15 sec to get to the test points.
The anti-theft turns the injectors off not the fuel pump.

haven't checked the chain yet runs with either no problem.

"No power to fuel pump and install new pump", I'm guessing the fuse and relay for the pump where OK. But if those two things were good to supply power to the pump, why is it the pump only runs off a external power feed? Maybe a broken wire to the pump?
"Starts under(with) ether" OK, yes you do have spark. But what is your fuel pressure?
Oh forgot to ask, any codes?
What does "runs with either no problem" translate to?
If that means ether. do you understand how fuel injection works? Fuel does not pump into the throttle body.
Sorry, I know nothing about your experience.
The ICM and the injectors are on the same fuse.
Is the CEL on?
There are a few TSBs relating to the no start on 2006 models.
