1 more year.

well i was planning on selling the cruck this spring and going back to the sport coupe world, however due to being laid off last month, thats going to have to wait. That being said i want to add a bit to my hhr. I want new rims for sure, i've been looking on ebay and you can get new 20" for less than $500. Seems to good to be true. Also a new grill, probably billet.

Question

You were laid off and not replacing the "cruck", but want to spend money ($500) for new wheels for the HHR? I must live in a different reality, or does unemployment reaaly pay that much?

It must up in Canada!

I have a pretty good job right now and a little savings, and even I can't justify spending $500 on anything for my car right now!

Its these forums I tell ya. I got the hhr to replace a cavalier that was totalled, had to stretch my budget a bit to get it too. I came here for reliability info, then I see all the pretty pics and start making a shopping list of my own.

Like others, I can't see spending the money on the car when being out of work.
