Will a 06 2.4 motor match up to replace 07 2.4? Does the harness match

Physically yes, you might need to swap the ignition from the 2007 engine to the 2006 , and the oil cooler might involve some replumbing .

If that 2006 2.4 has the external oil cooler, and the 2007 2.4 didn’t, you can use an oil coil adapter
