2006 Carlisle All-GM Nationals

In Carlisle PA they have every year different car meets. Check this out: http://www.carsatcarlisle.com/schedule/gm/index.asp

Just an idea to see how many of us would want to go? This way we can represent our HHR's. It’s June 23rd to June 25th, 2006. That gives you a bit over 6 months to buy and mod you’re HHR. Who's down for it?

If I get my HHR, I'm down with a meet. That would be awesome.

We have regular 'smart' meets up here. They are a blast. It's not so much about the cars anymore as an excuse for a bunch of owners with the same interest to hang out. If anyone is thinking of going to this one, I'd suggest that you do. It can turn into a hobby very quickly.

Good luck to those that are going. Not sure if there will be an HHR meet around these parts, as they'll quickly move out of the niche category and into an everyday sight.

What part of Ontario are you from? Our big city project for the last couple of years has been the fast ferry linking Rochester to Toronto.

Bowmanville, about 45 minutes east of Toronto. I know the Ferry and all it's trials and tribulations. Big market to tap into up here, hopefully someday it'll pay off for Rochester.

Yeah, for now it just seems like a big waste of tax payers dollars. I hope that will all change now that they finally got everything worked out. I might be joining you up there for a Canadian HHR meet some day.

If you drive down to staten Island, then we can follow each other down to Carlisle and I will make sure you stay out of trouble. Otherwise someone will have to bail us both out of jail. Besides your a married man so you cant get into trouble

Good point. I wonder If I could convince her to go. Its always been one of my dreams to go on a Hot Rod Power Tour and I almost have her convinced to go on one.
