2LT with leather - recent cars?
I thought that all 2LTs came with automatic transmission from 2009 onward, and that manual was unavailable. However, I just saw one or two 2011 vehicles on autotrader.com which appear to have both heated leather seats and manual transmissions. The also have buttons on both sides of the steering wheel. Did GM go back to allowing special order 2LTs with leather and manual transmission as HHR was dying in 2011?

2LT automatic optional in 2011
http://consumerguideauto.howstuffwor...lt-options.htm
If this list of 2LT standard and optional features is true, then GM quietly dropped the automatic from the standard 2LT equipment list for 2011. If GM is monitoring this, could they please confirm?

Well I just went to Chevy.com and clicked on the build your own button. I can get leather and the 5-speed is standard. 4-speed auto in a $1,000 upcharge.
I can only order a spoiler if I get Silver Ice, Imperial Blue or Victory Red.

Doctuh,
According to the information that is available to me for the 2011, 2010 and 2009 model years of the Chevrolet HHR, the option for the front leather seating surfaces and rear leather-appointed seating surfaces which includes the heated driver and front passenger seats is available for the 2LT trim level. The 5 speed manual transmission is standard on all trim levels of the 2011, 2010 and 2009 HHR. Please, keep in mind that the automatic transmission was an available option for the above model years.

car and driver regarding HHR for 2009
"Those who want an automatic HHR should start with the 2LT trim, which comes with the auto standard and is just $1000 more than an LS with the automatic."
For 2006-2008 manual was the standard transmission in 2LT. For 2009, for 2LT only, it's not clear if the manual was available. I also don't know about 2010, though for 2011 the manual is again standard equipment for 2LT and the automatic is an extra-cost option.
