Air Horns?

I am wanting to put airhorns on my car but unsure of the best location with enough room, seeing if anyone else has done this yet.

nope never seen that so far. but from the guess of where your from (texas)
i can see why you would need an airhorn for your hhr. everyone in there bigass trucks dont care about us.

but all i can say is just look around and try things out.

ya all the big trucks around here have them, I figured it would get some attention with them on the HHR... Im looking at putting them behind the front bumper cover but untill I get it off im uncertain it they'll fit

i beleave you can fit them in there check out the guys at hornblasters they have a 3 or 5 horn setup on a crown victoria

I guess it would depend on what you want as airhorns. If you need the traditional style big body horn it might be hard to fit but there are some very nice, loud compact units available.

We use them in our sportscars and they are loud, pleasant sounding and easy to mount. The only thing you need to remember with air horns is they draw more power than the stock horn and you might need to run a relay for them to handle the extra load.

These fit just fine right here and all the sound goes straight out the grill. You will note I removed all the "boy racer" stickers.

You can buy them from other places without the sticker. HF also has a chrome unit for a higher price but they are a nice unit either way.

I put my AH oogah horn behind (inside) my bumper with no trouble and didn't even have to dis-assemble the bumper to fit it in.
