Another Q About Progress Sway Bar

I have read many posts about the Progress anti-sway bar. Many of the posters buying the sway bar are LS owners with the touring suspension. I have an 07 2LT with the sport-tuned suspension and fairly satisfied with the handling.
Q-1: Can an anti-sway bar be installed on an 07 with my suspension?

Q-2: Would I notice an appreciable difference in performance and handling over what I presently experience?

Thanks to all for any input you might have.

Mine is an '07 2LT also. Like I just stated in my install post, I will have to do more driving to see if there is any noticeable difference. The other thing that has been mentioned in previous posts to help improve handling, is the replacement of the rear springs which will lower the HHR by 1.6".

Yes it improves handling on the 2LT also, it makes it a bit firmer.
