I was surfing the web looking at HHR stuff and I came across this,

Does anyone on this board have one of these? Thats about the only other HHR I have seen I liked beside the SS models. It says 4,000 ever made, wow they need to bring those back, black chrome for the win.

 

Yeah, there are members here with the black fall edition. I think one of them is trying to sell the black chrome wheels.
I also like the "capucino frost" premier edition from 2007, very similar but in a pearl white color. My favourite though is the 2008 Shadow Edition, it had a charcoal grey metallic paint job and the spoiler and skirts from the SS.

 

I always liked the 06 Spring Edition. Lowest number production IIRC. I almost bought one with a 5 speed, but found the DBM 5 speed and had to go that way.

They are nice, except everyone I've seen the owner had issues with the black chrome wheels.

 

Last night I spotted a 2007 Premier Edition in the wild. The headlights have clear parking light lenses with amber bulbs. It's well broken in, but the owners think it's a great car. They were loading big stuff at a big-box home improvement store. I showed them how to fold down the front passenger seat. They were stunned.

 

Best special edition? 1953 same age as I was (53 yrs young) when I was gifted the Papa mantra
