Im in need of a specific part that has been discontinued and ive located it in Janesville Wisconsin and Adelanto California, but unfortunately the parts are at an LKQ - Keystone self service yard, and thats 1000 miles away from me..... If there is anyway on earth that it is possible for someone that lives close to those locations to go grab the part and ship it to me, i could definitely compensate you for your time. I know it sounds crazy, but im at your mercy lmao been searching for these parts all day everyday for weeks

no, lkq are not very pleasant people to deal with from my past experiences, ive called all around the country today and was on hold for over 2 hours total just to get the run around. even offered an employee money if he could do it himself after he got off work and he wasnt interested unfortunately

its the manual transmission shift cables for the SS f35 mu3 tranny.

gm has been on national backorder for over a year, i even spoke to gm corporate directly and they opened a "High Priority Case File" and gave me a case number along with saying a gm specialist would contact me within 3 business days. he already contacted me and was absolutely no help at all lmao

 

I had a similar situation with the pipe from the fuel pump to the line to the engine fuel rail
it took four months to get the part but they did make it for me.

 

and GM is the one that eventually made the part for you ??
