Question Armor- ALL BAD?????

Ok guys/gals just a quick question, my sales rep told me that this is bad for your car,and that it fades you stuff, but I had a BLACK tracker for 12 years, and I did every piece of plastic in that car and to this day, NO CRACKS, or fading! Now you have to remember that I live in Florida so the heat is HORRIBLE, I never used a dashbord cover or even the windowshield things, ALL I EVER DID was armor-all. I swore by it, but I do not want to mess up my beautiful HHR, I do want to to look nice, shiny and new always. Please tell me what you think or if there is something else that works the same, besides that silly Protectant 2000 stuff.

I swear by Meguiar's care care products. They cost more than lesser car car products but are well worth the additional price. They have been in business for over 100 years!

It makes the Dash Look nice and Shinny for a few days after the application is applied. I used it often when I had a 2000 Ford Foucs for 5 years and I had no problems either
