BAD Business
The company has not responded to my question, "What should I do with the damaged part." I think it cost more to get the part back, when all they are going to do is throw it away, so why spend the extra money. Many companies are not having you return the items. This happened to me with Wayfair. I ordered a lamp and it was destroyed in shipping, they sent a new one and told me to keep the other.
I figure the companies are getting the parts at low prices and still making money or just braking even when an item is destroyed, so why should they send more money shipping it back, just throw it away. SAD that we have become a throw away nation when products aren't made correctly and don't last.

I can't believe it. I got the one bad grill, OK it's been taken care of, so I ordered another from a different source. It arrived today in the same condition as the first - the chrome is scratched in two places and the box it was shipped in was 4 times the size of the product with one sheet of packing material. Just amazing. Auto Geek this time. It looks like they were packed by the same people, very bad. We'll see how there customer service handles this one.
Life goes on!
