This thread could be used to inform everyone of the dealers to avoid, for sales/service issues. For example: You go on a Vacation and have a bad experience with the sales/service department, post dealers name, address (address/city/state/country) and phone number, so other HHR owners can avoid that dealer and go to the next.

Check out the better business bureau before buying at any dealer! www.bbb.org/ I had a BAD experience with Rochenbach Chevy in Grays lake, IL. Wow do they have a lot of deceptive practice complaints, (and I didn't file one) LS

 

Stay away from DOMINGO VARA in san antonio, tx at all costs....stay away from Texas Quality as well< these guys bone you and get you hooked with their Chopper edition cars.
