This looks relatively cheap and easy... I just can't figure out how he mounted the cargo box onto the trailer. Also, if a cargo box is rated at 100lbs, is that just if it's raised off of the roof if it is mounted there? It seems it could hold more if it were flat mounted to a trailer.
