CGS in the winter.

not sure if i should keep it on or not, winnipeg has some of the coldest winters in the whole country. due to the low temps i dont want to hurt the engine.

It wont hurt anything, the sensor will pick up the incoming air temperature and adjust the A/F ratio accordingly. Even if you had the stock unit you would still be breathing the SAME air. It will not matter.

I know you get MUCH colder than most parts of the States but the computers should adjust.

Remember, the stock set-up drew fresh air from the wheel well so I'd think it would be even colder than from the engine area. Which is kinda the idea!
