Changed Air Filter-No problem

https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/maintenance-upkeep-50/checking-replacing-air-filter-10757/

Well I finally got around to changing the filter a while ago using "Black Rose" thread.

Just like he shows it. Took me 30minutes from start to finish and no problems.

Pull out the air intake from the fender-no sweat.

Disconnect the top of that tube from under the fairing using an 8mm socket or a screwdriver which I did.

Disconnect that electrical thing under the fairing

Pop the back side of the fairing off the grommets that hold it down.

Flip it over and there are all the torx screws

Take them out and there's the filter.

Whole process is much easier than it looks.

Thanks all.

I used the same guide to pull off the air filter unit just to see what was behind the engine block.

To put the unit back into the three grommets I slobbered soapy water over them to give it some sliptivity. With this help I did not even feel the two back ones snap into place. (Also used soap on the hose out of te filter.)
