Changes from '06 to '07 to '08?
 

What changes have been made to the HHR since it was introduced? I asked the salesman when I bought my HHR, and he was clueless.

I know from 06 to 07 was the addition oh the dome light switch. There has been different exterior paint colors deleted and added like Daytona Blue and Golden Teal Metallic. Ebony interior was added to 07 line, I wish i had it in my 06. And thats my informative 1,000th post:nuts: :nuts:

The 2.2 motor in the 07,and 08 is different than the 06.....Steering wheel buttons (same for 06 and 07, different for 08).....Satin (brushed chrome)Exterior package isn't avail on 08's......

Thanks...More power for the new 2.2 motor? Was Onstar standard in the '06 and '07 as it is now?

I think the 06s had a plastic fender guard where as the 07 has a clear thin piece there to protect from road chips.

I don't remember HP numbers off the top of my head, but they changed the coil setup and the ability to be able to tune the ECM (computer). The Onstar was not standard on the 06, or 07 like it is on the 08.

Addition of body colored mirrors, door handles, and rear beauty bar to 08's.

Different rims available for 08s.

Panel Version offered, Rear window delete option added, SS model introduced.
