Changing the air filter?

What do I actually need to remove? I thought I had it all removed, but it seemed that I needed a start wrench. Is this true? What tools are needed?

Thanks in advance.

By the way, it's a 2006 LT 2.2

Wow after reading that, I think im just going to get a CAI Next Year. Atleast its easier to clean once its installed. Not to mention always sounds better.

That is a good tutorial...the thing that got me that I didn't see in that write up is the clamp for the PCV valve hose. Just use some pliers to pinch it in and slide it back

After I got by that it was a piece of cake

It's because you don't need to take that off. Just loosen the hose clamp that connects to the intake, not the one on the throttle body.

I bought a new filter a few months back. Looks like a real PITA but thanks to this thread, should be a big help.
