The dealer I purchased from really didn't have to do any work. I knew what I wanted, so I checked all the local dealers inventories on the internet, then showed up at their door and bought the HHR. Dickered for a few minutes, got my price and left. Picked up the HHR the next day and it was full of gas. That surprised me because Chevy dealers are usually very frugal (ie; CHEAP). About six weeks later they sent me a "checkbook" with dollars off coupons on oil changes and parts, but I doubt I'll ever use them.
I wish the manufacturers would understand that some customers would rather not visit the dealers showroom and be treated like some idiot, they would rather just pickup the phone, or click a mouse, and order what they want. Don't get me wrong, dealers have a place and a purpose....just not like before.
