Welcome from sunny SoCal!

GREAT color choice!
Sounds just like my '07 2LT -- black, chrome, sunroof, etc. I have gray leather and just LOVE this car.

The baby has great taste already too!
We like pix!

Since you are in Pennsy, and get snow and ice like we do in Michigan, one thing that all HHR's share is the tendency for ice to form behind the door, which can cause you to bend the lower front edge of the door if you force it open. I learned to slowly open the door and wiggle it to break the ice free.

Other than that, no complaints about my 08 Panel!

I purchased my 2006 HHR Lt about 2 weeks ago for 10,888. Had 33,800 miles... Was able to get the extended warranty of 5 yrs, 60,000 miles for the price of 24 months 24,000 miles. Had it run through a few car washes already. No problem here. I love it… I did qualify to buy a 2008 and 2009 but since my job was giving us furlough days I had to watch my spending.

Good luck...
Joe

Finally able to get some pics

I finally was able to give it a good once over and get some pics. Granted these are only with my iPhone so they're not the best quality or in the perfect focus. Better pics may have to wait until Spring unless we get a couple of really nice days here so I can clean her up again and break out the DSLR for some "real' pics.

Anyway, here are my first set of pics.
