We have a cruise night every Saturday night from mid may through the end of september. It is for 1978 and older and we get from 500 to 1200 cars every Saturday night. We have various vendors and live music, best of all admission is free. If you are ever up in Minnesota come check it out, we are only 20 minutes north of Minneapolis.

Eastern Mass has at least 10 regular cruises every night in the summer.
More on weekends.

There are 2 big local "classic" cruises on Thursday.
One won't let my friend enter his late 80s Dodge D50 pickup truck that he transplanted a 4G63t (Mitsu 2L turbo) into but they let in late model Vettes, Camaros & Rustangs.
It must be way cooler to slap $30K+ down on a counter than to make a sick one of a kind custom.

Right Garagebuilt?

I go to the other place on Thursdays.
It's just as big but lets in cool late model customs next to the 30's through 70s classics, rods & customs.
Including PTs, DSMs, Rustangs, a verrrry cool black HHR SS & yes, Jap powered pickup trucks.

Search a little on Hemmings.com and you'll probably find a club near you with links to local cruises such as this:

and this: http://clubs.hemmings.com/clubsites/...04-26-2010.pdf

BTW - Most of these are NOT Main Street cruises but more like beauty pageants.

The Fast & Furious Tuner Kidz gather at BKs, DDs & MickeyDs across the country.
I think they are the Main Street cruisers of the new Millennium.
Some are too cool for school but most are more than willing to show off their whips if you seem to know & respect something about their world

Check out the Teckademics' Mischief videos for a glimpse.
I owned the Plebani built 4G63t powered 4X4 Mitsu pickup in the original movie for a while

We have 4 or 5 a week from different clubs in our area. And they are always willing to have extras cruise with them.
