How about 554681 or 590831 on a 2007 LT...I'm looking at these one as a possible purchases and are curious of their build dates

The build date on your HHR is 3/2/06.

Not a problem. 7S590831 has a build date of 12/5/06.
7S554681 has a build date of 10/3/06.
