What other information can you get from a VIN number? I heard things like the production number can also be looked up using the vin. I think it can tell you engine size and color(we all know this info) , but not sure what else.

Usually the VIN number designates the vehicle make, model, engine, year, location of the assembly plant and the production sequence number. It can also be used to determine what options where installed on the vehicle, interior and exterior color, tire size, build date and other info when the vehicle was built, but that is usually only available for the dealer to access.

I hate to ask, since I am a Browns Fan

but could you check my vin number birth date. If the Browns or Panthers can't win the SuperBowl then my third team is Pittsburg so congratulations on last year.
