Actually, we had a severe Thunderstorm move thru here this past weekend and we lost our electricity for about half a day. Couldn't eat, do laundry, watch TV or anything till the power came back on. I need to go buy a battery operated radio today!!!

Grab one of the crank radio/flashlight combos. They run about $30, I believe, and you get a half hour of juice from cranking for 20-30 seconds.

Never have to deal with potentially dead battery in the dark!

Me too.....the door says 05/07 and the last 6 are 631450. Mine must be pretty fresh born last month.
