After the switch I "believe" we are the only paying vendor right now. Pretty sure TWM shifters did not continue with there vendor status.

Shame to hear you're predicament, like Skyline 26 said contact your payment method, CC or Paypal and start there to have the payment reversed or withheld until you get this issue corrected

Paypal...I'll probably just go ahead and install the front bar since it is a bit larger than stock but since it's a bit more work than the back I'll do a lot or research first.
