hi any one have this problum ? and how to fix it
former owner must of had heavy arms as

arm rest area of door is sunk down
see pics
was thinking about removing door panel
and use a heat gun and try pushing it back up ?
any help


ps its a panel so not eazy to find a used one

 

The front door panels are the same, regular or panel HHRs. Just need to find the correct color and the one with the window switch slot(if your's has that)

 

on panels the window switch are in the center dash
that's why i said hard to find see pic

 

My 2008 LT has the switches on the waterfall in the dash. Not just panels have them there.

 

2006-2008 have the same button config.

That was padding that retired. Pretty sure it is molded in.

 

ok all the hhr i saw in salvage yards had them in the door so i thought it was only panels
any thoughts about use ing a heat gun in only about a 1/8 '' but it bugs me

 

Window switches were in the center dash on all early year HHR's. Not just the panels. They went to door panel switches in 09 (I think ?)
You just need to find an earlier production door panel that didn't have the window switch slot.

 

My 2010 Panel has the switches on the arm rest
