Sam Smith lives in Sandy Shores Community. That's just the ID sticker they need to get past the security guard.

Geez...and to think that what this car represents to me as a fellow owner; I was offended by the goofy red pinstripe.

And yeah, Chad's ride looks awesome. Love what he did and how he did it.
Sorry you just don't get it.

Agreed - yeah Chad did a real nice job of it. Clean, sanitary, and tasteful. Great looking machine.

Oh please, I saw a picture of an incredibly questionable "mod" and commented on it. It's like I said, I'm not on here ripping rides (most of the time I'm actually quite complimentary), but the almost preachy "Let's not say anything negative about anyone's mods because it's just not ve-wy nice, no matter what" crowd is getting tiresome.

Let's face it, as far as cosmetic mods go, most of them fall into three categories as to how they're perceived:

1) Those we like as soon as we see them, so much so that they may inspire to do either identical mods, or very similar ones. Obviously will differ from person to person, as we all like different "themes" (retro, hot-rod, tough, etc.)

2) Those we may not like ourselves, but can appreciate for what they are, and how successfully they carried out the intended theme. Example: would I ever do a 50s-themed HHR myself? No. Have I seen some incredible ones that had me saying "WOW, that is BEAUTIFUL!" Absolutely.

3) Those that are clearly hard on the eyes (most people's, anyway). That SS sticker fits the bill. It deserves the ridicule it's getting (and the jokes in here are more funny than mean-spirited).

Adults are allowed to have a collective chuckle over something they see as tacky without the sensitivity police checking in. I'm sure HHR haters have seen my ride and said, "yeah, whatever, what the hell is that?", for no other reason than that they don't like HHRs.
