I ended up losing my original HHR but told myself i would get another one. Well 2 years ago found my original for sale a couple hours away. Called the dealer the next morning but they had sold it the day before. i was pretty picky about what i wanted but found one that checked 4 out of 5 boxes on the want list. Flew to San Diego and drove the 700 miles home in my new 09 aqua blue metallic AA5 SS with the performance package even, only thing that i would have ordered different would have been the black and gray interior instead of the black on black.

I have already swapped the front marker lights to tinted ones, debadged it, painted the bowties black, ordered up the TTR rear sway bar, and found a deal on catless downpipe, might even be picking up a transmission for the 6sp swap.


Now just to go out and get some nice shots of it, and i guess find a new photo sharing page since photobucket wont let me, any one have a good one they recommend?

Well again Congrats ecl, sounds good to me. Seems you are partial to the AA5's, but jumping up tro an SS AA5, Very Cool.

ok looks like i might have got it but pictures seem to be big. Yeah i do have a thing for the AA5s just think they are the best looking.

The gallery used to auto size the pix for mobile size. Now you can resize them yourself with MS Office or Image resizing, do it with PIXresizer As is stated in the tut.

2009 gives you the upgrades of Window Switches on the door etc etc....

I'm liking the half panel more and more and the color you have is more rare on the SS also.
