Have never seen an HHR without the rear most side windows.
What models/years are these?

If you are referring to the HHR Panel Vans like mine, they were produced from 2007-2011


And were made in 4 levels LS, 1LT, 2LT & SS (But SS Panel was made only for a few years).

 

I meant the one pictured in blue with windows in the rear doors but not the rear quarter.
I've only seen the panels with no windows other than the front doors and tailgate

 

If I recall, the AA5 SS was only 2009, 199 were built.

Yes, that is correct, closed rear qtrs, & easily converted by changing 2 doors to a full Panel.

Yes they were available in LS, 1LT, & 2LT, in fact the owner of this sweet blus SS used to have a LS AA5, long ago.
