I entered Sebastian in a car show for the first time today, and after seeing what I was up against didn't expect to take home a trophy. I entered the 2000 and up car and truck class and my competition was

2004 Mustang- very clean inside and out
2005 Ford truck- Custom paint job, lots of mods
2004 PT Cruiser- flames, otherwise stock
2006 Mustang- very clean
2001 Chevy truck- very clean but stock
And me

I took home second place Could not believe it. The Custom Ford won first place, as he should have. It was a beautiful truck with an awesome paint job. But to take second blew me away. Looks like I'm hooked on car shows My son is also hooked, and is my special cleaning assistant. I told him the trophy is his also for his hard work helping me clean it. Now if I can just find a way to enter a front wheel drive in the burn out competition

That makes two of us with the showing bug now. Today was my first show (wife's done it before in AZ, she's an old pro and helped to kind of mentor me on show etiquette), and while I didn't win anything I still felt like I made a good showing!
