First new car ever...and I bought an HHR!!!
After 12 years of driving used cars I finally bought my very first new car ever. Went out today and bought my wife the Cappuccino Frost Premiere Edition and boy is it ever sweet. Got a killer deal on it since the dealership couldn't get ride of it and the 08's are on the way. 13 miles on it when we bought and 115 by the time we stopped driving it today! 
Here's my question for the HHR veterans. I have a small road trip to make tommorow (about 300 miles all interstate ) and was wondering about the break in period. I know the manual says to not drive at a constant rpm for too long during break in but I really have no way to avoid it.
After reading some stories on here about people's break in periods and some cruddy gas mileage, does anyone think this interstate driving will affect anything with my HHR? I plan on keeping this baby for a long time and don't want to go screwing something up right off the bat!!
Nice little side story: It poured down rain on the way to the dealership. Rained some more while we did all the paperwork and when it was time to go home, the clouds parted and the sun shined down making a veautiful drive home.

Welcome to the site. Still haven't seen one of the premiere's in my area yet, not even on the dealer lot. They are really sharp.
