Fitting OEM leather heated seats in 06

Bought a nice 06 HHR The previous owner smoked like a campfire and seemed to like driving around in it..... well lets say have you ever seen an ashtray full of butts ? We gutted the interior and found some nice leather seats from the same year and same color. We replaced the control mod on the dash and checked for the fuses under the hood. Have power to the mod but no power to the seats. We also checked the panel under the dash, but as on some of those the panel doesn't correspond with the legend on the cover. Anyone with any ideas ? I would certainly appreciate your help. Thanks for your time and consideration. Cheers !

I believe the seats are controlled by the body computer you my have to get the heated seats turned on at the dealer. See this https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/mods-interior-54/power-heated-leather-seats-swap-42728/ If you do a search you can pull up more info on installing heated seats

It's not a complete reflash of the bcm so Hopefully the dealer won't charge too much to turn on the heated seat function. I had the fog lights function turn on my 07 a few years ago and they charged me 30.00. That seemed fair to me it don't take very long to do.
