I would try Auto Zone. I got one there for my Lumina, and one for my truck. Both of those are a little more common vehicles, but it's worth a shot. The HHR is actually the only one I don't have a cap on. Only reason I did was because of vandalism, beings that I was in high school. There have been people at my school who have had things put down their gas tank that aren't the greatest.... Glad I'm out of there....

If you have a flexifuel vehicle your out of luck (as far as I found out a few months ago). The dealer parts guy searched and found nothing for the flexi. STANT and some of the other big brands didn't have it either. Found it kinda strange. I have always put locking gas cap on every car I've owned, including my wifes 05 Cobalt. I think it has something to do with venting or emissions for the flexi and there may not be enough of them to warrant producing a flexi fuel cap.

The filler neck is anti-siphon proof.

Yeah, but that doesn't stop my dad.... He can siphon out of any car... He does that any time we sell a vehicle.

If they can get it out that way, they want it bad enough that they would just puncture the plastic tank and drain it that way, if a locking cap is there. I've heard that on the news a few times.

I've always had a locking cap on every vehicle I've owned too. Living in the city will teach you things. Not sure why I don’t have one on my HHR yet. I guess I'm not as worried about the siphoning (I guess I don’t need to be anyway with the anti- device in there. Thanks Chevy!). I'm more worried about people messing with my stuff. Thanks for posting Harold & thanks for the referrals CCK & Tx. I'm off to the auto parts store again!

We live out in the country, but I put them on my vehicles also, Adv Auto is where I got my HHR one.
Not too worried about fuel theft...
I just prefer knowing it'd be much harder to dump something in my tank & possibly hurt the motor, when I'm in the city parked someplace...

Lot of wacko's in this world..

Siphon-proof = not possible to siphon.

Anti-siphon proof = must siphon?
