Got ours today

We ordered our HHR November 29 and picked it up today, 2LT, auto, leather, side bags, polished wheels, running boards, splash guards, rear step pad, silverstone and gray leather. The best part was the $1000 rebate that went into effect just last week so it came to just shy of 20K. I only have 55 miles on it so far but I have not found anything that bothers me. We had a Saturn LW200 until about a year ago and see quite a few similarities. Our two Newfoundlands will really like the flat floor which the Saturn did not have.
I'm 63 and this is the 19th new vehicle we've bought and found a good dealer and salesman which I would recommend to friends and realtives. That does not happen very often.

No pictures for a while, it seems that winter has finally made it to Minnesota. We have an Artic cold front moving through with wild chill temperatures well below zero. We have not really had any cold weather, in fact we had 35 days in a row with the temperature 32 or above and less than 2" of snow so far for the winter.

$1,000 rebate on an 07? Must be a local thing? I called my dealer(s) and they have a $500 rebate on an HHR. Maybe your dealer matched the rebate or something..that's great, congrats. This kind of ties in with some other posts where some folks have been unhappy with resale value after just owning one year (the first year is when value drops the most)..well if you can buy a new 2lt with leather, etc for under 20 K, what do you expect an 06 1lt to be worth used? Hope you enjoy many miles of happiness..I love my hhr.
