Anyone made any purchases or had any dealings w/ Gravana Tuning?? I ordered the cat-back Magnaflow exactly a week ago, 6/2 & still haven't got a tracking# from them even w/ emails to a specific person (ryan@...). He did say that it was being dropshipped. I emailed him today & got autoresponder email "gone from 6-8 to 6-30". Just trying to see what kind of experiences others may have had. They charged my cc on 6/2.

Gone until 6/30? That's one of the biggest red flags I've seen since the 1958 May Day parade in Moscow.

You have 60 days with your credit card to file a dispute.

 

I'm thinking that was just the ryan@ email, not the whole place. ...least I hope so!

Have you thought it might pay to give them a call?? Hard to ignore the phone if your running a legit business.

Looks like I'm up s___ creek on this one.

After calling them todday & getting voicemail, "mailbox" was full. Fax # kept ringing, never picked up. Emails to ryan@ email addy doesn't give "auto-responder" message today. I also cc'd info@ and sales@ no answer & none bounced. I then Googled 21182 Centre Pointe Parkway and looked for another company differnet suite in their building. I found Fast Undercar, Inc, a parts wholesaler in a different suite and called them..... "Gravana moved out about 2 months ago!" Terriffic!!

 

You're not screwed at all. Call your credit card company NOW.

 

I meant the PIA of going thru the putting in contest deal. I'm well versed on that, but a follow up on this whole thing.....

The order was sitting in my driveway when I got home this evening. Go figure. After all I went thru today, it sure smelled like last weeks dead fish!
