Grill
A few folks have painted their stock grills. I'm sure they will chime in here within the next few days and reply.
I had mine done after the bowtie was removed. I don't know the process the guy used so I am of no help as far as the painting method.

I had a friend that works at a paint and body shop do it for me. He did it in his spare time away from work. And yep, it matches.
My hubby did the rear beauty bar, Shaved the bowtie and we used touch up paint from our Chevy dealer.
Another member here painted their beauty bar but left the bowtie... it looks good also!
I hope you are inspired!

Sindy, your smooth grille is great looking. How did your friend make the center bar and peek it to match the hood? Bondo or filler or? It looks kewl.

Mine's Silverstone Metallic with satin hardware and the two together are very close to monochromatic right from the factory.
I think it would look good with any color though, and should work fine IF prepped correctly. If not it'll chip constantly and look like crap in a few months.
